4 ulas bawang putih dicincang<br />
2 sudu makan cili kisar<br />
2 sudu makan sos lada hitam<br />
2 sudu makan sos cili<br />
Kicap manis secukupnya<br />
2 sudu makan lada hitam tumbuk<br />
Sedikit bawang goreng<br />
Garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula<br />
Minyak untuk menumis<br />

Cara-cara :<br />
Tumis bawang besar dan bawang kecil dan masukkan cili kisar. Kacau rata.<br />
Masukkan daging cincang kacau hungga daging masak.<br />
Masukkan sos lada hitam dan sos cili, gaul rata.<br />
Masukkan carrot, sedikit daun ketumbar dan cili capsicum gaul dan perasakan garam dan gula secukupnya.<br />

Kulit buah oren disagat<br />

Cara-cara :<br />
Putar butter dan gula hingga kembang.<br />
Masukkan telur satau persatu hingga habis.<br />
Masukkan esen oren, jus sunguick, parutan kulit oren dan susu pekat manis. putar lagi.<br />
Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan dikacau rata.<br />
Kacau menggunakan spatula.<br />
Tuang adunan kedalam loyang 8x8 in yang telah dialas dan disapu sedikit butter.<br />

320 gm gula castor<br />
6 biji telur grad A<br />
2 sudu kecil esen vanilla<br />
1 sudu kecil ovellate<br />
330 tepung gandum*<br />
1 1/2 baking powder* bahan* diayak<br />
4 sudu makan penuh susu pekat manis<br />
2 sudu koko - digaul sedikit dengan air suam<br />
<br />
Pukul butter hingga kembang.<br />
Masukkan gula dan ovellate pukul lagi.<br />
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji hingga habis.<br />
Pukul hingga gebu dan putih.<br />
Dengan menggunakan spatula masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit diikutu susu pekat manis.<br />
Gaul rata.<br />
Bahagi kepada 2 bahangisn. Satu bahagian dimasukkan koko tadi dan gaul rata.Masukkan loyang yang beralaskkan kertas dan disapukan sedikit marjerin.<br />
Tuang adunan kek berselang seli warna hingga habis.<br />
Bakar dengan kepanasan 170C dalam 45 hingga 1 jam atau sehingga masak.<br />

Semalam hujan lebat.. saja jengah ditepi rumah..<br />
Sambil menglihatkan pokok pandan hidup segar menghijau.. teringin pulak nak makan bingka pandan.. memandangkan bahan2nya pun tersedia ada didapur.. resepinya pun mudah dan ringkas..<br />
<br />
BINGKA PANDAN<br />
Dari Dapur : Zalinah @ Rempah Ratus<br />
3 3/4 cawan tepung gandum<br />
3/4 cawan gula<br />
2 sudu teh garam<br />
3 biji telur - kacau<br />
3 sudu besar minyak jagung<br />
2 cawan air daun pandan - 8 helai daun pandan dikisar bersama air<br />
4 cawan santan pekat<br />
Sedikit pewarna pandan<br />
<br />
Cara-cara :<br />
Satukan tepung, gula, garam dan telur.<br />
Masukkan air daun pandan dan minyak.<br />
Masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga habis dan sebati.<br />
Sapukan loyang dengan mentega.<br />
Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang dan bakar 200C dalam 45 min atau 1 jam. sehingga atas dan bawah permukaan kuih kekuningan.<br />
Angkat dan sejukkan baru dipotong.<br />

8 keping roti sandwich<br />
500 ml susu segar<br />
1/2 cawan gula<br />
2 biji telur - dikacau rata<br />
1 sudu teh esen vanilla<br />
1/2 susu teh serbuk kulit kayu manis<br />
2 sudu besar butter - dicairkan<br />
sedikit kismis - untuk tabur<br />
<br />

Untuk Sos Kastard<br />
1 tin susu cair<br />
1/2 tin susu air<br />
2 sudu besar tepung kastard<br />
2 sudu besar gula - ikut citarasa<br />
<br />
<br />
Cara-cara:<br />
Sediakan satu bekas dan sapu sedikit butter.<br />
Koyak-koyakkan roti dan susun bersama kismis hingga habis.<br />
Dalam sebuah bekas satukan susu segar, telur, esen vanilla, kulit kayu manis dan butter cair. Kacau hingga rata.<br />
Tuang adunan kedalam bekas roti tadi untuk direndam hingga kembang.<br />
Panaskankan oven dalam 170C.<br />
Masukkan kedalam oven dan bakar hingga masak dan kekuningan lbhkurang 30 min.<br />
Sejukkan dahulu puding baru dituang sos.<br />

Untuk Sos:<br />
Satukan kesemua bahan dan kacau rata diatas api perlahan.<br />
Masakkan hingga mendidih dan sejukkan.<br />

Cara-cara:<br />
Masukkan santan, asam gelugur, serai dan bahan yang ditumbuk kedalam periuk.<br />
Masukkan perut dan masakkan diatas api perlahan hingga mendidih.<br />
Perasakan garam dan sedikit gula.<br />

Sedikit garam<br />
Sedikit pewarna keladi<br />
Sedikit biji sago<br />
1 cawan air lebih atau kurang ikut kelembutan<br />
- semua bahan disatukan dan masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga lembut<br />
1 biji keladi cina dipotong dadu dan dikukus<br />
5 cawan santan - ikut kepekatan<br />
1 helai daun pandan<br />
1 cawan gula<br />
Sedikit garam<br />

Cara- Cara :<br />
Panaskan air hingga mendidih sambil bulatkan2 biji candil kemudian bulat2kan adunan tadi dan masukkan kedalam air mendidih tadi. bila biji tepung tadi timbul angkat dan toskan. Buat sehingga habis. Biarkan.<br />
Masakkan santan, gula dan daun pandan.<br />
Masukkan biji sago, keladi dan biji tepung tadi.<br />
Kacau hingga mendidih.<br />

Sedikit daun sup dan bawang<br />
Perahan limau kasturi<br />
Garam dan gula secukupnya<br />

Yumis bawang hingga layu.<br />
Masukkan cilikisar dan rempah kari dan kacau hingga wangi.<br />
Masukkan kentang dan kacau hingga kentang empuk.<br />
Masukkan sardin hancur dan masak hingga kering.<br />
Perasakan garam dan gula secukupnya.<br />

Panaskan pengukus.<br />
Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang.<br />
Masukkan minyak dan pukul lagi.<br />
Masukkan tepung dan koko serta minyak berselang seli hingga habis.<br />
Kacau adunan hingga rata dan biarkan dalam 10 minit.<br />
Masukkan kedalam loyang yang disapu sedikit minyak.<br />
